Philippe Cro
With his engineer background acquired in Canada, Philippe started his watchmaking career in 2002 in Geneva with Vacheron Constantin. He was part of the team in charge of setting and implementing workflows for the new Plan-les-Ouates manufacture before to become Technical Manager for the Customer Service. In 2007, he joined the brand Piaget running the technical support between headquarters and subsidiaries.
In 2009 he moved to Hong Kong as Managing Director of Technomarine Asia. In charge of all brand operations, he has developed and implemented an industrial strategy to meet the brand’s ambitious growth objectives.
He has founded his own company in 2012 based in Asia with subsidiary in Switzerland providing development and production support for finished watchmaking products and components. Since Philippe has begun his career, he has remained faithful to the motto of his first company Vacheron Constantin: «Do better if possible and that is always possible.”
Jorg Hysek Jr
He began as a salesman at Chopard Boutique in Monaco. This first experience provided the understanding of final client’s insights. Fascinated by the luxury watches industry, he carried on at Hysek (his father brand) as a sales/marketing assistant.
The following five years were dedicated to HD3 brand. Jorg operated in the brands’ international development field, enabled him to develop a great network with retailers. In 2011, Jorg gets involved in Slyde Watch SA as sales director, considering the distinctive feature of the products, he has to demonstrate all his faculty to adapt and over 100 POS where opened due to his active participation in the first 6 months. Jorg Hysek-Jr was appointed as the International Head of Sales at MCT Watches in March 2014.
In 2016, he launched EVO Luxury with Lionel Ladoire., a company offering design, production and distribution support services for the luxury industry, with a focus on watches and jewelry. Today, Jorg put all his experience and passion in products in which he believes.
Lionel Ladoire
In 1989, Lionel Ladoire sets foot in the high jewelry world, where he quickly leaves his mark, making various amounts of high luxury pieces with his very own exquisite touch. With unique spirit and superior creative style, Lionel Ladoire finally decided in the mid 2000s to take the step towards the world of horology.
When he moved to Geneva in 2006, Lionel chose to apply his high jewelry creativity and expertise to watchmaking. Within its « Helvet Manufacture”, Lionel Ladoire conceptualizes luxury watch models, inspired by contemporary culture and its “underground” influences.
In 2016, he launched EVO Luxury with Jorg Hysek Jr., a company offering design, production and distribution support services for the luxury industry, with a focus on watches and jewelry. Lionel will try anything once, as long as he stays true to himself.
